Fritz Ruthling
Fritz Ruthling is the son of Carleton Ruthling and Anne Ruthling and older brother of Carl Ruthling.
Fritz’s family took him to live in Lisbon Portugal, Seattle Washington, Pennsylvania and then they eventually settled in Annandale Virginia where Fritz spent his formative years playing in the streams and forests in the Virginia suburbs. Fritz was always talented when it came to sports and he spent many years on baseball teams.
He also excelled at soccer and was on a number of teams for the Annandale Boys Club. Additionally Fritz spent a number of years on football teams again for the Annandale boys club.
Fritz went to Langley High School with bordered the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley Virginia.
University of Virginia
Fritz then went on to attend the University of Virginia where he specialized in business and commerce. He then applied and got into the McIntire School of Commerce and graduated from the University of Virginia with a specialization in the McIntire School of Commerce.
United States Air Force
While at the University of Virginia he enrolled in the ROTC program which then led him to Officer Candidate School for the United States Air Force. He went through pilot training and successfully graduated and earned his wings. Fritz was then a pilot for a eight jet engine aircraft known as the B-52 long range aircraft.
Federal Express
After completing his commitment to the United States Air Force, Fritz was then recruited as a pilot for Federal Express. Fritz is currently enjoying his career as a pilot for Federal Express.
